Kyle bought a "finger soccer" kit from a local shop and put weights on the tiny net and ball so they would sink to the bottom of the tank Kyle fed treats to Albert the fish every time he swam towards the net. Special Olympics Starting in
less than 2 weeks.
Excitement is building up all over the world as
preparations are made for the Special Olympics,
which are taking place in Ireland this year. The
Special Olympics torch was lit in Athen’s, Greece
last week and is known as ‘the flame of hope’.
There is an exciting journey for the
torch, which is travelling to a total
of 17 cities in 15 different countries,
finishing at the end of this week. The
journey is 15,000km long.
The Special Olympics is also being celebrated throughout Ireland and the message is that everyone can get involved.

The Special Olympics starts on the 21st of June and everyone will be able to watch the event on television.
Arsenal does the double
Arsenal completed a glorious double by ripping the
championship title from Manchester United's grasp
last night.
And, after seeing Sylvain Wiltord's 56th-minute
strike leave Ferguson's men trophyless for the first
time in three years, ÄA®
Arsenal manager,
Arsene Wenger, insisted that the
balance of power has shifted from
Old Trafford to Highbury. The Gunners
needed just one point to clinch
the title but managed to secure
two at United's homeground, maintaining
their unbeaten league away game
record.
Wenger declared: "We wanted tonight
to represent a shift in power -
and it has. We really looked solid.
United never really threatened us
and once we scored the goal I think
they quickly realised that they
weren't going to deny us. To win
the league is fantastic. Now we
must do it again next year and make
sure the shift in power stays with
us."
